How are you planning to focus your article? Remember the Boston Globe travel article focused on one element of Boston's tourism (the harbor history boat) What are you planning to focus on?
Write 5-7 sentences being as specific as possible. This is going to be the proposal to the editor (me) for your article. If I don't think that it is focused enough, you are not going to get "hired" and will have to resubmit your proposal, so make sure you are clear on your intentions and specific in your proposal.
Spelling and Grammar do count for this post!

History on the Harbor
After reading today's Boston Globe Travel article, answer the following questions:
1. What approach did the author use for the lead? Do you think it was a strong choice? Why or why not. Be specific!
2. What was the author's point in this article?
3. What writing textures did the author use throughout the article? Give examples from the article to back up what you are saying.
4. What do you think about the author's choice to focus on one specific part of Boston's tourism in his article?
5. How could he have enhanced his article? (What other illustrations could he have included? What other information could he have included in a sidebar?)
Make sure you answer ALL 5 parts of this blog in complete sentences with correct grammar and spelling. (There should not be anyone writing in all capitol letters or run on sentences!)
